Hard to find original 1920’s glass shade
Antique Art Deco Skyscraper Glass Ceiling Fixture hanging light 1920’s
OPAQUE YELLOW CUSTARD URANIUM OR VASELINE GLASS CEILING LIGHT GLOBE ART DECO SKYSCRAPER THREE-TIERED FIXTURE SHADE GLOWS UNDER UV LIGHT.
Overall excellent condition with no observed chips or cracks - there are a few rough edges at unseen top rim interior.
Opaque yellow custard uranium or Vaseline glass with light brown accent trim. There is some a small dirty spot that I tried to lightly clean, but they remained.
Overall length about 9" tall. Top opening for ceiling fixture is about 3-1/4" diameter interior, and the outer rim edge for mounting to your finial screw fixture is about 3-7/8".
It measures 21 ¾”, tall (hangs down) x 6” across the shade at the widest, the ceiling canopy is 4 7/8” across.
It weighs 3lbs.
It has 6 ½” of chain and there is enough wire that another 6 ½” chain could be added.
I believe that the bronze tone ceiling plate, fitter and chain are not original to the shade, but they make a perfect complement for this extremally hard to find ceiling fixture.
No observed maker marks. The item shown is the item you will receive.
Working uses 1 standard based light bulb a Led bulb would be perfect for the fixture. Includes mounting bar to attach it to a ceiling electrical box. Designed to be controlled by a wall switch.
