D.P. Van Blaricom Forensic Kit 'Binoculars' Police Vintage Mahogany Case

Vintage fitted mahogany case with a set of 'binoculars'. 'Binoculars' have independent eye adjustment and when viewed show a x-y comparator scale- see drawing. There also is a objective lens with inside thread one end. A lens measure gauge by Bausch & Lomb and a odd lens/prism/shutter item with inside threads one end and slip fit other.
Marked D.P. Van Blaricom, only reference to this name I could find was to forensic investigation. Very nice quality. Case is 10 x 8 x 4".
