2 HUMONGOUS whatchamacallits! I believe they are bakery whisks, but not certain. Would make fantastic, industrial, hanging pendant lights. They definitely have the LOOK. I believe the bases are aluminum and cage is cast iron, but not certain. Clean modern lines. Cool, stamped letters and numbers. Heavier than they look, at 6LBS each. Each measures about 20 inches tall and about 12 inches wide. Shows some wear/age with a couple prongs missing. Many other salvaged architecturals listed. All questions encouraged and answered.
