    Description

This wonderful antique Art Deco chandelier is absolutely gorgeous and will fit into many types of decor.   This light is in silver plate with amber leaded glass.  It will be a stunning addition to a small foyer, bedroom  or hall.   While the lovely textured amber glass is the main focal point, please look closely at the details.  The amber glass is also satin glass on the exterior, which provides a softer look and contrast beautifully with the crystal prisms.  It has silver plate decorative accents along the top, between the panels and sparkling crystal prisms, in the center of each panel.

    DETAILS:
Please note that there is wear and age of the silver plate, the patina is gorgeous and shows it's wonderful age.  The canopy is a new replacement canopy, will work perfectly with current electrical boxes.  The chain also shows some remnants of old surface rust and age.  The leading is secure on all of the panels, crystals may have tiny chips from age, no major damage.  In my last photo, I added an arrow to a line in the glass panel.  This does not appear to be a crack.  It does not go through to the back side.  There are two or three panels with these lines, must be from manufacturing of the glass itself.  The socket has been rewired and the light is ready to hang.    This light is even much more impressive in person.
