Vintage Colonial Hanging Pendent Light Fixture Aged Brass c1938 Rewired VFW Club

Description

Up for auction is cool Colonial pendant light from around 1938.
Light was salvaged years ago from the Alonzo Cudworth Post on Prospect Avenue.
It hung at the base of the stairwell.
Fixture looks is aged brass but could be professionally polished if desired.
It is heavy, solid and has been rewired including new sockets.
One of the posts was previously repairs and we put a dot of epoxy on it.
The final at the top will not fully screw down but you will not notice when hung.
We have not replaced the 3 cardboard cylinder that show some age.
It can easily be converted to a ceiling mount.
In overall nice shape with expect ware some small paint drops mostly on top.
Fixture measures 24” tall and 10” wide with the chain is 13.5” making the total length 37.5”.
This is a statement piece and will be a great addition to any home and lodge. Light bulbs not included.
